Your username is the email address that you used to sign up. If you forget which email address you used, or if you think there might be a typo in the email address you provided, please contact our customer support team. One of our representatives can assist you with retrieving or correcting the email address we have on file for you.

How do I change my address or add a new one?

You will have the opportunity to change your address when you make your next purchase. A checkout form will be shown prior to your purchase that will display the address we have on file for you. At this point you may enter a new address. Your purchase and address update will be completed at the same time.
